  • Automatic retention holds tubing securely in place with no manual adjustment—just load the tubing and start the pump
  • Four-roller rotor improves pressure performance and mechanical stability while reducing pulsation.
  • Improved occlusion bed geometry lengthens tubing life.
  • Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) housing with either stainless steel (SS) or cold-rolled steel (CRS) rotor—choose CRS for economy or SS for greater durability and chemical resistance.
  • Model 77201-62 with adjustable occlusion gives you the option of loosening occlusion for longer tubing life or increasing occlusion for higher pressure.
  • Each pump head for high-performance precision pump tubing accepts tubing sizes L/S® 15, L/S® 24, L/S® 35, and L/S® 36. Achieve flow rates of 1.7 to 2900 mL/min (1 to 600 rpm).
These pump heads accept the four high-performance precision tubing sizes. High-performance precision tubing has a thicker wall than precision tubing enabling better pressure generation, greater suction lift, and greater ability to pump viscous fluids.
What's included: single-channel mounting hardware and a 15'' (38-cm) length of silicone pump tubing. For stacking multiple heads (up to the specified limits of your drive) order two- three- or four-channel hardware separately.
Hot Tips:
With single or multiple channels, you can change tubing in each channel without removing the EASY-LOAD II pump head(s) from your drive.
mL/rev Depends on tubing selected.
Accepted tubing L/S® 15, L/S 24, L/S 35, L/S 36

  • Q:

Will the Easy-Load II pump head work with the digital pump driver EW-07551-00? What is the difference between Easy-Load and Easy-Load II pump heads?

Yes, the Easy Load models, including this one, are compatible with the 07551-00 drive. The II is an upgrade from the original Easy Load head, differences include tubing retainers and improved occlusion beds.

  • Q:

What is the part number for accessories to stack these pump heads together in one pump?

Stacking hardware can be found in the "Accessories" section of this page and will depend upon the total number of heads you would like to stack. Please be sure the drive you are using can handle the number of heads you plan to stack.

  • Q:

    error code 3
I need to know what this means for 77201-62 pump.
Pump shuts off, and needs to be restarted.
Asked on 10/12/2009 by Joe from Brooklyn,NY

    1 answer

Typically the Error Code 3 is in reference to the actual drive and not the pump head (the 77201-62 is for the pump head). Without knowing which specific drive you have, our suggestion would be to look at the drive circuit board and make sure there are no loose connections. Sometimes, a connection on the drive becomes loose and it needs to be re-connected. If you need additional help with this, please contact our Application Specialists at the number listed on our website.
